CueDay ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name.

Task Data: Tasks, voice recordings, and schedule information you provide.

Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access calendar events solely for syncing with your tasks.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To organize and manage your tasks using AI agents
• To sync your tasks with connected calendar services
• To improve our AI predictions and recommendations
• To send you relevant notifications about your tasks

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Voice recordings are processed locally in your browser using the Web Speech API and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly create a task from them.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase - Database and authentication
• Vercel - Application hosting
• Google Calendar API - Calendar synchronization (only with your explicit consent)
• Anthropic Claude API - AI task processing (if enabled)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly through the application settings.

9. Google API Disclosure

CueDay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
